I am from Amachara, Azaraegbelu, Emekuku Owerri-North.
Rivers in Owerri North are;
Nworie, Otamiri, Okitankwo and Onumurukwa. They all flow towards Rivers State on their journey to the Atlantic Ocean.
As they leave Imo State, they move with them wealth, enriching the diet and finances of the towns they pass through.
Yes, they are inhabited by a Deity. The Deity answers local names but her attributes and manifestations are consistently the same.
