Vice Chairman emeritus of NBA Bwari, Chief Chukwudi Nweke, Esq., has been indicted in fraudulent land racketeering transaction, involving another Senior member of NBA Bwari.
According to our sources at Nigeria Police Force, Dutse Division, Chief Nweke sometime in 2014, sold a plot of land lying and situate at F01 to one Valentine Obienyem, Esq., a lawyer.
The land had encumbrances and while waiting for the encumbrances to be lifted and pendency of an Appeal at Court of Appeal Abuja Division, Chief Nweke resold the land to one Architect Ifeanyi, who in turn, sold to one developer, Abiodun Teslism at the price of N32,000,000.
Efforts by his Learned Colleague, to get Chief Nweke to refund at the current value he sold, proved abortive and his colleague, has reported Chief Nweke to the Police. He further threatened to report Chief Nweke to LPDC for a conduct unbecoming of a Legal Practitioner.
The Police have asked all parties, to report to Dutse Police station at FCDA Owner Occupier on Tuesday 3rd October, for the matter to be resolved amicably or the matter will be sent to court for Chief Nweke to be prosecuted for Criminal Breach of Trust and obtaining money under false pretenses. 
Our Correspondent, is in exclusive possession of an audio recording of Chief Nweke, admitting to collecting money for the sell of the said Plot L53, lying and situate at F01 to a third party other than his Learned Colleague, from whom he took the sum of N7,000,000 (Seven Million Naira) in 2014.
