Four members of the Imo state House of Assembly have been suspended for plotting to impeach the Speaker, Chike Olemgbe.
The following members of Imo State House of Assembly, have been suspended for plotting to impeach the Speaker.
They are members representing; Ahiazu-Mbaise, Samuel Otuibe, Ezinihitte-Mbaise, Henry Agbasonu, Okigwe state Constituency, Chidiebere Ogbunikpa and Oru-West, Dominic Ezerioha.
The suspension was announced by the Speaker during plenary on Tuesday.
Addressing newsmen, the Speaker further announced that all suspended members have been removed from all Standing Committee they chair or member of.
